Amuse Bouche Super Early Bird: US$79 [until November 30, 2013, 11:59 PM US PST]
Early bird:  US$99 [up to and including January 24, 2014]
Regular: US$129 [January 25, 2014 or later and at the door].
Students: US$79 [a valid and current student ID is required at check-in, also see special student scholarships below].
Out of work: US$79 [no proof required, we're on the honor system]

There are a limited number of student scholarships available. In exchange for your assistance to distribute FoodWorx promotional materials around your campus and in your city, we are offering a small number of students a full scholarship to attend FoodWorx at no cost. You will need to keep promotional materials stocked regularly for the two months directly before FoodWorx (we will get the supplies to you).
We have kept ticket prices absolutely as low as possible so that more people can afford to attend. We realize that these are tough economic times and the ticket cost is an excellent value. Lunch and breaks are also included in the price. Because the ticket price is so low, we’re sorry but no other discounts are available.

Ticket & Admission Terms & Conditions

  • Tickets and exhibitor booth spaces are not refundable unless the event is cancelled.
  • Tickets and exhibitor booth spaces are transferable to another person or company for a US$25 processing charge per ticket/booth transferred.
  • Ticket holder(s) may be asked to present identification at the door. Please bring your government-issued ID with you in case you need it. Students who registered at the student rate will be required to show valid and current student ID to be admitted. Students unable to furnish a valid and current student ID will be required to pay the difference before entry is granted. “Current” student ID means an ID that has not been expired more than 60 days, or which will become valid within the next 60 days.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your ticket purchase. Bring that as your receipt.
  • If you did not purchase your ticket in advance, tickets may be available at the door. Credit card sales only will be accepted at the door (We’re sorry but we will not be able to accept cash or checks at the door).
  • Invoicing is available for groups of 3 or more people. For 1 or 2 people, please use your confirmation email or credit card charge as your payment confirmation, or you may pay in advance by check.
  • Checks are accepted in advance by sending to our address along with your name, address, telephone number, quantity of tickets desired, and name of primary ticket holder. Our postal address is located on the home page, at the bottom of the first column on the left.
  • FoodWorx is produced by the World Food Travel Association (WFTA) and the International Culinary Tourism Institute (ICTI). Your credit card charge may appear from the ICTI.
  • Credit card orders are processed in US$. Please be advised that non-US$ credit card holders may be charged a foreign currency exchange by your bank.
  • Lost tickets may be replaced for a US$25 processing fee if your ticket has not yet been redeemed. If your ticket has been redeemed, we are sorry, but you will be required to buy a new ticket. All delegates receive proof of entry upon check-in so you can come and go as you please.
